In about an hour, that is gone and replaced with a nice dried raisin, tea leaf aroma, taste of plum, mineral, chocolate. Complex and sweet. - so - ws	50	****

1999	Silver Oak, Napa Valley Hand's contribution. Very tight in the beginning with a minimal nose of herb and oak. Slowly evolved into a restrained wine with detectable complexity of herb, spice, cherry, vanilla. Not quite ready to drink, perhaps? - so - ws	99	****
