dim sum very well done. Small selection and expensive, but very nicely made. Most dim sum can be ordered by pieces, e.g. one Shrimp Dumpling if you really want to do so. The chick wing stuffed with sticky rice is excellent, so is chick claws in abalone sauce, and don't miss Turnip Cake to serve with their XO sauce. should have been a good wine but I think it may be corked. Not the same kind of paper box corkiness, but not pleasant nonetheless. Beneath the corkiness is spicy pepper, olive, stone, berries. Good concentration. - so - ws
