2006	Barrio La Boca Malbec, Mendoza floral, modest coffee, berries, smoke, blackcherry, sage, herbs, med body, med finish, faint hint of vanilla. Lots of flavor for an inexpensive wine. - so - ws	2.99	**½
2007	Barrio La Boca Cabernet, Mendoza loam, berry, pleasant, simple, a bit of asian spice, like curry in the beginning, light body, med finish. Also tried their chardonnay, unimpressive. - so - ws	2.99	**½
2006	Vinas Chilenas Cabernet Reserva, Central Valley, Chile Tasted twice, impressive. At one point a really complex wine although flattened very quickly, so drink quick. Green pepper, herbs, loam, blackberries, vanilla, chalky, medium to long finish (at one point). Will buy a couple more bottles. - so - ws	2.99	***
2006	Vinas Chilenas Merlot Reserva, Central Valley, Chile dried plum, watery, enough said. Still have a chardonnay to try. No high hope. - so - ws	2.99	*
