Hong Kong Day 9, Trip to Macau 2007/03/22

Near Dai Sarm Bar, right inside Hand-Letter Streets. We asked locals for what they think is good shark's fin. Very good recommendation indeed. We tried two styles: clear soup and braised. Macau$150 each. Duck webs also good. Also afternoon tea at Yee Shun... best Pineapple Bun with Butter ever. - so - ws

Daniel Fung's company's restaurant. Dinner with him, some of his colleagues, and the executive chef, Ronald, who is Philipino, but makes excellent Italian food. Great pastas.
