NV	Club Qing Private Room Cuisine, Central Wonderful dining experience. Only one dish out of 10 courses (the eggplant) was not impressive. The chef likes to come out to introduce the ingredients and way of appreciation for each dish. There are also 3 tea courses included. Flavors are youthfully energetic: different flavors competing. The most impressive dish is the oodong noodle with salty egg yolk. Another memorable one is the egg-tofu cup. Another one is the big prawns in Rose Dew Wine. 10% service charge. HK$100 corkage.
