What a wonderful sparkler! Great concentration. Multidimensional. Starting with tropical fruit notes coconut, guava, evolving into huge honey notes, at one point smelling like an open oven with just-baked brownies. - so - ws

This is my first iced wine. It had been accidentally put in the freezer for a few days. It now tastes like a very soft Bordeaux wine with pleasant cherry and oak. Lost all tannins. - so - ws
