2003	La Tour Carnet, Haut Medoc earth, mocha, vanilla cream, blackcurrant jam, hint of strawberry. Flavor not as exciting as aroma. Hint of toffee, licorice, meat and pepper. soft tannin, med body, med finish. Flatten quite quickly. Dinner notes. 1st day: Phoenix City dim sum, Chung Cuisine dinner (nicht so gut). 2nd day Padong lunch (great curry and satay), Golden Dragon Boat abalone dinner. - so - ws	30	***½
