2001	Haut-Brion, Pessac Leognan Great wine, complex nose of blackberry, chocolate, stone, chalk, elegant, soft tannin, feels sugary. Has a bit of refreshing minty-ness between the lower gum and lip, perhaps due to its alcohol content evaporating? Went back and tasted a second time after the line-up... same notes.
