2000	Paul Hobbs Beckstoffer-Tokalon Cabernet, Napa Valley Opened in Viognier, showing much more complexity than first tasting in Wine Club probably due to not following several first growth Bordeaux. Still a lot of dark plummy flavors, with some coffee and a very faint hint of Johnson & Johnson Off! Good match with a filet mignon. Very full body. Long finish. Definitely five-star.
