Bought some wonderful wines for Tony's wedding. But this wine is just for me! 2003/6/7

1999	Kalinda Rutherford Cabernet, Rutherford From the label, made by a relatively unknown winery named Laine (I have seen Laine Estate Cab selling for $60), this wine was not comparable to the 1997 Kalinda Rutherford Cab ($15.95, probably made by Rombauer with memorable, unusual dark fruit). This one has ruby color that has a hint of murkiness, Blackberry and violet floral aroma, soft and drinkable, dusty in the beginning turning to round soft cassis and a bit of coffee flavor, with bit of dust in the aftertaste. med to full body. Long finish. I overheard another K&L staff claiming grapes came from Caymus... need to validate. - so - ws	17.95	***
